Four private suites. One storybook setting.
Sunlit and storied — arranged like a small seaside compound, with ocean views from inside and the lagoon at the lawn’s edge.

Every room has its own front door
Families spread out, couples keep their privacy, and everyone meets in the middle.
Every suite: a private entrance, fresh linens, and a full bath with essentials.
Sea light, in every room

Made for slow mornings and long dinners
The great room gathers everyone under vaulted ceilings — gas fireplace going, a 55″ smart TV for movie nights, ocean views from inside the house.
The kitchen cooks like it belongs to someone who loves to: gas range, dishwasher, Swiss cutlery, and a proper coffee ritual — French press, grinder, and kettle. Holiday dinners have been made here for fifty years; yours will be in good company.
Fast wifi runs through every room, with a dedicated workspace if the office insists on following you.

The honest details
Guests check in at the gatehouse, and the HOA asks each group for a short pre-arrival form. We walk you through all of it.
No parties or events, registered guests only, and a gentle 5 mph on the lanes. It’s why the place still feels like 1929.
Coastal architecture and fresh ocean air keep the house comfortable nearly all year. Open a window; that’s the amenity.
It’s the best part of the house, and the reason little ones need eyes on them outside.
